Flipkart Orders That Don’t Earn Cashback
The terms above cover returns, cancellations, exchanges and bulk orders. These are the Flipkart-specific exclusions people most often miss.

Most other categories, including mobiles other than iPhones, electronics, fashion and home, are eligible at their category rate. If your cart mixes eligible and excluded items, only the eligible ones earn cashback.
Flipkart Cashback Not Showing? Check These in Order
Most missing Flipkart cashback comes down to one of these causes:
- The store was inactive. Orders placed while the store shows as inactive aren’t tracked.
- Something was already in your cart, wishlist or Save for later. Flipkart is strict about items picked before you arrive through a cashback link. Clear all three, and keep any shortlist in a notes app instead.
- Another site, extension or ad blocker got in the way. A coupon site, a price-comparison tab, a discount extension or an ad blocker can replace or block our link. Close or pause them before you click through.
- You switched devices or apps, or a payment failed. Start on the device you’ll pay from. If the Flipkart app opens from your click, finish there. After a failed payment, restart from Hyyzo before you try again.
- An excluded item was in the order. iPhones, instant-delivery and pharmacy items earn nothing, even when the rest of the order does.
- The amount is lower than expected, not missing. Cashback is worked out on what you pay for eligible items. SuperCoins, vouchers, fees and excluded items all shrink that amount.

How SuperCoins and Bank Offers Work With Flipkart Cashback

Should you use SuperCoins? Usually yes. Cashback is a percentage of what you pay, so redeeming coins costs you only that percentage of the coin discount, never the discount itself. If coins take ₹200 off your bill, you lose the cashback that would have been paid on that ₹200, not the ₹200. Coins that are close to expiring are worth using. Coins you’d rather save for a bigger order are your call, and the cashback shouldn’t be what decides it.

Why Flipkart Cashback Takes Time to Confirm
Flipkart doesn’t have one return window. It depends on the product category and the seller, and the window on the product page is the one that applies. Cashback only becomes final once the order is safely past the point where it could still be returned or cancelled, which is why an item that arrives quickly can still take a while to confirm.
A single Flipkart order can also contain items from different sellers, delivered separately, each with its own delivery and return timeline. Don’t be surprised if the status on Flipkart and the status in your Hyyzo account don’t move at the same moment.
Flipkart Cashback During Big Billion Days and Other Sales
Flipkart’s big sale events bring heavy traffic, fast-selling deals and early access for some members. The cashback rules don’t relax during sales. A few habits keep orders tracked:
- Decide before the sale. Keep your shortlist in a notes app, not on Flipkart.
- Click through first, then add items, and use only that tab.
- If a deal sells out and you have to rebuild your cart, restart from the Hyyzo button instead of adding items to an old cart.
